Brittany Margot is a dedicated professional at the nexus of design thinking and social impact, driven by a passion for enhancing community well-being.

With a Master's degree in Public Health focused on Maternal and Child Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, Brittany has a strong academic foundation to support her work.

Her career includes a variety of roles at IDEO, such as Design Research Director, Senior Design Lead, Design Lead, and Design Researcher, where she honed her skills in leveraging design research to identify best practices, detect patterns, and bring out untold narratives.

In addition to her tenure at IDEO, Brittany served as a Project Manager at OpenIDEO, a Lecturer at UC Berkeley School of Public Health, a Health Research Consultant, and a Board Member at the Student Collaborative for Impact Leadership (SCIL) at UC Berkeley School of Public Health.

She also contributed her expertise as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley School of Public Health, a Cultural Competency Consultant at Telecare Corporation, and a Doula and Researcher at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center.

Moreover, Brittany has experience as a Certified Birth Doula in private practice, a Youth Mentor and Arts Instructor at Mural Music & Arts Project, and a Researcher at The Center for Infant Studies at Stanford University, showcasing her diverse professional background.
