As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Caerus Ventures, Ms. Jackson has a strong background as an equity and debt investor, with a track record of managing a $3.5 billion private equity business and originating over $4 billion in loans.

Within Caerus Ventures, Ms. Jackson is a key member of the deal team, overseeing valuations, transaction structuring, and portfolio allocations. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in the general management of the firm and serves on the investment committee, leveraging her expertise in principal investing to shape the capital allocation strategies of the firm.

Before her tenure at Caerus Ventures, Ms. Jackson displayed her financial acumen by running an asset management consulting firm dedicated to enhancing financial management practices for prominent firms such as Brookfield Asset Management and Soros Private Funds Management. Her early career includes significant roles at prestigious institutions such as Goldman Sachs, UBS Warburg, and Arthur Andersen, where she honed her skills in various financial domains.

Ms. Jackson is a distinguished alumna of The Wharton School, where she obtained an MBA with honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance, with a minor in computer science, from Lehigh University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
