Brooke Thomas is the founder and creator of Liberated Being, a community focused on facilitating self-discovery and personal growth through embodiment practices. She has been working in the field of embodiment for over 20 years and is trained as a Rolfer and a Realization Process teacher.2

Brooke's work centers on the intersection of the body and consciousness, exploring how this interaction can transform one's way of being in the world.2 She is also the co-creator of the Bliss+Grit podcast and previously hosted the Liberated Body podcast.2
