We are very pleased to share the transformative outcomes achieved through LIFT's Inclusion with Impact.

With support from Emploi et Développement social Canada (EDSC) / Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), we worked closely with eight social purpose organizations to strengthen their operations, diversify their revenue, and enhance their accountability. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, each organization embraced innovation and was able to increase their capacity to serve more clients and make a greater impact on the lives of Canadians with disabilities.

I would also like extend a huge thank you to our investors and partners for their continued contributions to our mission. And, to our broader LIFT community: thank you for your ongoing support. There is no limit to what we can accomplish together.

Earlier this week, we shared our 10-Year Impact Report that highlights LIFT’s role in driving impact and innovation across Canada. In that time, we have helped over 65 incredible organizations across the country in their journey to becoming more sustainable and effective in improving social outcomes.

Our 10th anniversary falls amid a global pandemic that has underscored the growing need to address economic and social inequalities for marginalized and vulnerable Canadians. Now is the time to accelerate social impact on a national scale.

We believe any measure of quality of life requires meaningful employment. LIFT must address systemic and emergent social issues facing vulnerable populations by bolstering and elevating the right social purpose organizations with one goal in mind: meaningful employment for all Canadians.

As LIFT Impact Partners, we are excited about the role we can play in the next 10 years. We hope that you will join us to build a more inclusive Canada.
