Bruce Friedman is an attorney with a focus on immigration and workplace issues. He specializes in workplace discrimination, ICE Form I-9 workplace audits, employment verification, E-Verify participation, and ICE IMAGE membership. Bruce has spoken at American Bar Association conferences, advising on Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance, creating policies to avoid government investigations, and preventing discrimination suits. He has been involved in reviewing and updating Form I-9 enforcement policies, drafting DHS regulations, and collaborating with ICE on the IMAGE program. Bruce has also provided advice to law enforcement agencies on avoiding civil rights violations, including racial profiling and compliance with international treaty requirements. He has lectured at various prestigious institutions such as Howard University Law School, Lewis & Clark Law School, and Georgetown University. Bruce holds a JD with Honors from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
