I've posted an "auto-transcript" of the all-day CMS meeting about pricing new lab tests (6-25-2024). The auto-transcript is pretty imperfect, but you can certainly get the gist of what is being said.
The auto-transcript at Google Drive is in four parts, and each matches up pretty closely to a four-part video archive I made of the public meeting. For example, the transcript shows you that Natera was Agenda Item #34, which falls at Minute 39 of Chapter 3 of the auto-transcript. In the corresponding video Part 3, the Natera presentation will be close to Minute 39. Verdict: Better than nothing. #clfs #medicare #alm

CMS releases 10M line database of 2022 Part B claims by physician and CPT code. For example, you can see every surgeon who billed Medicare for a prostatectomy, and how many he billed. How many labs billed Medicare for BRCA testing 81162, and how many cases each got paid for. You can sort for a zip code and find how many office visits were billed there, and by which doctors. Quite a resource. Details at blog. #cms #bigdata #partb #utilization https://lnkd.in/gXCju6eB
