Congratulations to Matthew Van Heyst for his management buy-out of Victoria, BC-based Tecnet Canada Inc. in late 2023.   With Matthew's continued strategic and operational leadership and now ownership, Tecnet's public and private clients and team can expect a smooth transition and management of the great managed IT services and support it provides.   Our Tech team at BDC Capital (Canada) Growth & Transition Capital group (GTC) was happy to provide the non-dilutive mezzanine debt financing to support the management acquisition of the business, and Chad Stewart, Hibo Osman, Randeep Janjua, CA and I wish everyone at Tecnet the best.   (One last item: if the term ‘mezzanine debt financing’ is as confounding to you as it was to me when I was an #entrepreneur looking at financing options, you can learn about it and our other financing options for Tech companies on our BDC website - I will provide a link in the comments section below. And if you think there's a fit or want to learn more, feel free to connect with me directly.)   Go Tecnet Canada Inc. go!
