This week, [solidcore] is honoring our amazing coaches - those who make the magic of [solidcore] come to life every day - with our second annual Coach Appreciation Week.

We created Coach Appreciation Week in 2023 to celebrate the people who carry our industry on their backs. Our coaches’ passion is one of the things that distinguishes [solidcore] from any other workout out there, and why we have one of the most loyal client bases in the industry. They care deeply about the health, wellness and strength of every person who sweats it out under the blue lights.

Our goal at [solidcore] is to build an incredibly successful business while continuing to elevate how we show up for our team. We’re not perfect – but we’re purposeful in taking steps every day as the employer of choice in our industry. We’re committed to making our coaches feel recognized and valued, and will be honoring that commitment as we continue to grow.

This week, all of our coaches are receiving a custom, limited-edition gift from our senior leadership team, in addition to having access to special personal and professional development sessions to help them elevate their career, and step into the strongest version of themselves. Additionally, every studio will have in-studio programming so our clients can celebrate their favorite coaches – including cards for clients to write and display personalized thank yous.

I hope others will join [solidcore] in celebrating the people who make the fitness industry what it is today and will be tomorrow. Let’s come together to recognize the people who motivate, challenge and inspire Americans across the country to become the healthiest and strongest versions of themselves.
