Customer service doesn’t end once an interaction, service or sale is completed. It is a process that includes many steps and continues well beyond the initial meeting or transaction. Whether it’s a sale of a product or professional service offered we all aim for best customer success or if you are a healthcare worker best patient satisfaction. It affects every industry, no one is immune. However it also involves many partners along the way. Below is a picture (company name omitted) of a package received that is damaged, exposing the product to the elements. Unfortunately, and with other companies, this is not the first time. No matter, it just shows poor professionalism and care which reflects on the original company.
This post is just a reminder of how important our partners are in representing our products, care or service!
I am thankful for all the partners, relationships and friends I’ve made within my field all striving for excellence!
