As the Co-Founder of Rhinegeist Brewery, Bryant is committed to resurrecting the spirit of brewing within this historically significant structure. Under his leadership, Rhinegeist is set to feature a state-of-the-art 20-barrel three vessel JVNW brewhouse sourced from the picturesque hills of Mexico, just outside San Diego. This modern equipment is currently being integrated into the stunning facility, allowing the team to produce an array of hoppy and sessionable beers that perfectly balance flavor intensity with finesse. Although the brewery is on track for a launch in 2013, Bryant’s enthusiasm and tireless work ethic are already making waves in the industry, as he immerses himself in brewing operations and collaboratively drives the company’s vision forward.

Before embarking on this ambitious project with Rhinegeist, Bryant served in various significant capacities within the brewing industry. He was formerly the Sales Director at Golden Road Brewing, where he played an essential role in expanding the brand's reach and market presence. His experience as the West Coast Regional Sales Manager at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery further solidified his expertise in strategic sales and marketing in the competitive craft beer landscape. Additionally, Bryant was the North Coast Sales Manager at Anderson Valley Brewing Co., where he honed his communication and leadership skills, promoting a range of innovative beer styles.
In the earlier stages of his career, Bryant worked as a Marketing Consultant at Fair Isaac, providing insights and strategies that helped businesses enhance their market performance.
