Highlights
Look how good these micro homes have improved over the past couple years!
I’m here at the 2024 ( IBS) International Builders show in Las Vegas, meeting with the top new home builders and just made this video.
I’ve been looking into these micro homes for the past year and plan on buying 35 to 50+ of them to put along the river and around a lake in Colorado. This one in particular was very roomy, spacious and very affordable.
Now I’m off to the Nitro Cross rally car races to go meet up with Travis Pastrana and my good friend, the legend Jeff Ward!
Newport, Rhode Island for the Opal Group Family Office conference next week!
Update; Good turn out and the event is going really well and the Family Offices here are a lot more diverse than previous years.
Confidence and cautiously optimistic about the economic conditions are the themes this year, and it appears money is starting to flow again. A notable amount of real estate investors and a lack of venture investors in attendance.
Shoot me a message if you want to meet up, and see you there.
