Brynn Saito (she/her) is a poet, writer, educator, and organizer based in Fresno, California.13 She is an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing and English at California State University, Fresno.4 Saito is the author of three books of poetry, with her most recent work being "Under a Future Sky" (Red Hen Press, 2023).12

As a fourth-generation Japanese American and Korean American from Fresno, Saito's work often explores themes of ancestry, memory, and identity.1 She is a 2023 California Arts Council Individual Artist Fellow and has won the Benjamin Saltman Award.1 Her poetry has been featured in prestigious publications such as American Poetry Review, the New York Times, and the Virginia Quarterly Review.1
