Dear colleagues in the greater public relations, advertising and marketing communication space, I’m turning to you with a request for cooperation.
At USC Annenberg’s public relations and advertising studies programs, we’re obviously tracking the impact of generative AI on our professions and fields of study. We create teaching materials and applied research to inform students and practitioners, we identify guest speakers and potential lecturers, and we build designated courses on generative AI and other Web3 technologies.
We interact with practitioners and hear anecdotally about how generative AI changes jobs, budgets and expectations—all for better or worse.
Given how early we are in the generative AI space, here's my specific request: would you share with me privately insights, experiences and in particular case studies that we can use for educational purposes? Naturally we will honor the need for privacy and or confidentiality, as we have the opportunity to refer to specific situations (with permission) or generalize findings.
I’m excited about this and look forward to hearing from you; either via LinkedIn message or email. Thank you much in advance.
Best,
BT
