Caimin Douglas is a former Dutch sprinter and current business professional. Born on May 11, 1977, in Rosmalen, North Brabant, he represented both the Netherlands Antilles and the Netherlands in international competitions.1

As an athlete, Douglas specialized in the 100m and 200m events, competing in three Olympic Games (2000, 2004, and 2008).1 He achieved notable success, including winning a bronze medal in the 4x100m relay at the 2003 World Championships.1

After his athletic career, Douglas transitioned into the tourism industry. He is currently the CEO and Managing Director of Tourism Management Curaçao (TMC), one of the largest local ground operators on the island.2 In this role, he applies his competitive mindset and top sports mentality to business, focusing on delivering excellent service and creating memorable experiences for tourists.2
