Caitlin Connors, known by the pronouns she/they, is an interdisciplinary researcher and evidence strategist.

With a focus on putting real human insights at the core of decision-making processes, Caitlin advocates for participatory, iterative, and user-centered approaches.

Her expertise spans various areas including service design, social innovation, children, families, and youth research, digital transformation, money and debt, food policy, mental and physical health, aging, communications testing, and evaluation.

Drawing from her background in Neuroscience, Experimental and Clinical Psychology, Sociology, and Behavior Change theory, Caitlin applies human-centered design principles to her work.

She holds a BA High Honors in Psychology and an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics.

In her career, Caitlin has been involved with prestigious academic institutions such as LSE, Yale, and the University of Michigan.

She is the Founder of Bright Harbour and has held positions including Visiting Lecturer at Royal College of Art, Head of Global Social Research & Service Design at 2CV, Deputy Head of Qualitative and Communications Research at Kantar Public, and Research Manager at Define Research & Insight, among others.

Caitlin's previous roles encompass a wide range of responsibilities from academic research to service design and social research.

Her extensive experience also includes positions such as Research Officer at the VOICES Project and the European Neuroscience and Society Network at LSE, Neuroimaging Researcher at Yale University, and Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, reflecting her diverse skill set in research and academia.
