Caitlin E. Zubrowski is a passionate social entrepreneur who initiated her first social venture while studying at Syracuse University, inspired by the 2010 Haiti Earthquake.

Her focus on leveraging the arts for community benefit led her to advocate for the use of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship to drive positive change and create value for both social impact and growth.

With a background in Arts Leadership Administration and Music Industry, Caitlin has demonstrated her commitment to promoting social enterprises that align with the UN's sustainable development goals, particularly those addressing poverty, hunger, health, education.

She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Arts Leadership Administration and a Bachelor of Music (B.M.) degree in Music Industry, graduating with honors from Syracuse University, along with completing a course on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies at Harvard University.

Throughout her career, Caitlin has held various roles such as Director of Finance and Business Development Operations at Le Moyne College, Director Of Operations at The Tech Garden, and Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at State University of New York College at Oswego, among others.

She excels in business modeling, market research, customer discovery, strategy development, and operational process improvement, serving as an agent of change to drive effective business operations.

Caitlin's expertise lies in utilizing innovation processes to build and support social enterprises, emphasizing the combination of impact-driven initiatives with sustainable growth strategies.

Her experiences as a learning experience design manager, entrepreneurship consultant, and entrepreneurship engagement fellow have honed her skills in building and nurturing successful ventures focused on value creation and social impact.
