Caitlin Tulloch is a professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of economics, public policy, and resource management.

She pursued her education at prestigious institutions such as Princeton University, where she completed her Masters in Public Affairs with a focus on Economics and Public Policy, and the University of Chicago, where she attained a BA in Economics.

Caitlin has held various key positions in well-known organizations, including her current role as the Associate Director for Best Use of Resources at the International Rescue Committee.

Her previous experiences include being a Fellow at the Truman National Security Project, Senior Advisor for Best Use of Resources, and Technical Advisor for the Best Use of Resources Initiative, all at the International Rescue Committee.

Caitlin has also gained valuable experience as a Public Sector Management Intern at The World Bank Indonesia, a Policy Consultant at AVE-RD (Aprendiendo el Valor de la Educación en la República Dominicana), and a Policy Associate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).
