Caleb Grohmann is a dedicated PhD student specializing in applying advanced statistical and data science methodologies to enhance the swine industry.

Education-wise, he attended Red Bud Community Unit High School for his early education. Caleb pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences and a Bachelor of Science Minor in Agricultural Economics at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Later on, he earned a Master of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is currently studying for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioinformatics at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

During his academic journey, Caleb has been actively involved in various organizations where he has contributed significantly to the field. He has served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, he has interned at The Maschhoffs in roles such as Master's Intern and Genetics Intern. Caleb also has hands-on industry experience having worked as a Swine Technician at Pipestone System/Pipestone Veterinary Services and as an Assistant Genetics Coordinator at Cedar Ridge Farms, Inc.

Caleb Grohmann's diverse educational background and practical experience make him a valuable asset in the study and advancement of statistical and data science within the swine industry.
