Camille Saltman is a highly accomplished entrepreneur of Indo-Canadian-American descent with a rich background in tech, marketing, and business acceleration.

With a career spanning over two decades in San Diego, she led award-winning ad and PR agencies, notably serving clients like Siemens and Ford Motors Company.

Her impactful leadership roles include being President of MD Revolution and Malama Composites, where she garnered prestigious awards and certifications for innovation.

Camille is a prominent figure in the tech industry, credited with elevating San Diego's status as a leading tech hub through her role as President and Board member of the business accelerator CONNECT.

She has also been actively involved in various board leadership positions in arts, business, and digital health associations, such as La Jolla Playhouse, BIOCOM, and Wireless Life Science Alliance.

In addition to her professional achievements, Camille is dedicated to community development and sustainability efforts, evidenced by her involvement in initiatives like Okanagan Sustainability Leadership Council and e@UBCO.

Recognized for her contributions, she has received numerous accolades including the San Diego Metro Magazine Women Who Rock award and the US Department of Commerce Innovation in Economic Development Award.

Camille holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Ryerson University and currently serves as the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer at INCA Renewtech while actively engaging in board roles within the community.
