Charlotte has a wealth of experience working with prestigious organizations such as the United Nations Human Rights, where she served as an Assistant Human Rights Officer. She also held key roles including Coordinator a.i. at the FGM/C Centre of Excellence at AMREF, Lawyer at Intact asbl, Associate Human Rights Officer at the West Africa Regional Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR/WARO), and various legal positions focusing on asylum, migration law, criminal law, and sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Her diverse professional experience includes working at Altea, Cabinet d'avocats, providing legal advice on sexual and reproductive health and rights at GFMER, contributing as a Trainee of SOGI Project at the International Commission of Jurists, engaging in human rights research at Human Rights Watch, and serving in the Human Rights Department at the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
