Highlights
Super proud of the whole team for driving #dooly to G2 leader status!
Ryan Scalera, Ding Zheng, Camille Trent and Zoë Hartsfield haven't let me stop laughing since they joined the team. If you want this kind of hilarity in your life daily - we're #hiring for more Dooligans!
We announced our $80M series B funding today (TechCrunch: https://tcrn.ch/3f0tdsi) and gosh am I ever proud of what we've done over the past 8 months at #dooly. Growing headcount, building a leadership team, working on remote culture, working on values, kicking off major product work, and all the other things big and small. There's so much that goes into this kind of funding and so much more that will come out of it.
On candidate calls people ask "why did you join Dooly?" And I always tell them I actually decided to join Dooly twice. Once when I was looking for a 2-days-a-week intro back into the workforce to "hire a few people and put in some process" 😂. And then I decided again a few months later when it was clear that we were going places FAST. And I'm so glad I did. The reasons are the same - a team of ambitious but people-centric people who share my values about how we should show up to work. And a product that has a real impact on our users and brings some joy back to the workday.
...plus a CEO who doesn't mind when I make pics of him like this for our team meetings.
As you knew was coming - here's your call to action: help us grow the team! We're looking for Dooligans of all varieties - but especially the variety that identifies as engineers! https://careers.dooly.ai/
