Cannon Hersey is a media entrepreneur, visual artist, filmmaker, and organizer of large-scale cultural platforms across several cities globally.

He has been involved in producing, writing, and researching over 40 documentary programs for NHK and NHK World, focusing on addressing social issues in Hiroshima and Detroit.

As an artist, Hersey has exhibited his works in various prestigious institutions and galleries worldwide, showcasing his talent in silk-screen, photo-etching, mixed-media, light-box, and installation art.

With a belief in the transformative power of art, Hersey founded CrossPathCulture (CPC) and 1Future, both non-profit organizations dedicated to global community building through the arts and promoting diversity in museums and media.

Over the years, Cannon Hersey has organized and produced numerous exhibitions, festivals, and educational programs in collaboration with esteemed partners such as the Museum of Modern Art, PS1, and the Brazilian Ministry of Culture.

Hersey's contributions have been recognized in various publications including the Wall Street Journal, Vogue RG, and South Africa's Sunday Times.

Currently residing in Millbrook, NY, Cannon Hersey continues his work as an artist, educator, and social organizer, emphasizing art as a language of social transformation.
