Cara Delzer is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations.

Cara graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Literature, where she also minored in Spanish, showcasing her commitment to a well-rounded education.

She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, highlighting her interest in business and leadership.

Additionally, Cara holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.), K-12 from Stanford University Graduate School of Education, emphasizing her dedication to the field of education.

Throughout her career, Cara has held prominent positions in several notable organizations, including serving as the Head of Community and previously as the Director of Marketplace Supply at Outschool.

Before her tenure at Outschool, Cara was the CEO & Co-Founder of Moxxly, a company that was later acquired by Medela, showcasing her entrepreneurial drive and success in the startup world.

Her experience also includes working as a Marketing Consultant at Outschool, Category Manager for Emerging Verticals at eBay, and Chief of Staff at New Teacher Center.

Prior to these roles, Cara served as a Senior Analyst at NewSchools Venture Fund and as a Founding Teacher at LUCHA Elementary as part of Teach For America, demonstrating her passion for education and impactful work in teaching.
