Caragh Robinson is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in international relations, emergency management, and humanitarian work.

Having completed a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Melbourne, Caragh also holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature, Politics, and English Literature.

With a strong focus on language studies, Caragh has further honed her skills by obtaining a Diploma of Languages in French Studies from the University of Melbourne.

Caragh Robinson has held various key positions in the field of emergency management and international humanitarian aid, showcasing her expertise and leadership qualities.

She currently serves as the Manager of Capability and Response in the Security and Emergency Management Division at the Department of Education & Training in Victoria.

Prior to this role, Caragh gained valuable experience as a Senior Emergency Management Support Officer within the same department, demonstrating her commitment to ensuring effective responses to crises and emergencies.

Caragh Robinson has also contributed significantly to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies as a Partnerships Surge Delegate, where she played a vital role in building partnerships and fostering collaboration for humanitarian efforts.

Her extensive experience with the Australian Red Cross includes roles such as Country Manager/Senior Program Lead in Indonesia, Senior Program Lead in Vanuatu, and Program Lead in Timor-Leste, among other positions.

With a rich background in international disaster and crisis response, Caragh has served as a Program Lead for International Disaster and Crisis Response at the Australian Red Cross, emphasizing her dedication to assisting communities in times of need.

Her past roles within the Australian Red Cross, including Program Officer in the Pacific and Pacific Administration Officer, have equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities of humanitarian work in the region.
