From the leadership, through all the teams in organisations we need to create an environment where we can be open about the biggest challenges we face and how we can solve them.
Future Planets elephant in the room is that events alone will not solve these challenges.
In fact, events, which have been a significant part of our business, are blocking mine, the teams and our communities ability to use our time effectively. We were stuck in a cycle of promotion, just organising events. Doing something, but not enough.
So, this year, we took 6 months out to rebuild our approach, our income has been challenged, it hasn't been easy, but we survive, soon we will thrive - and we will do that again if we need too. We have decided.
