Carla Alvarez-Gould is a professional with a diverse background in psychosocial and mitigation evaluations for legal matters, family and individual counseling, mediation, and developmental disabilities.

Carla has a strong educational foundation, including a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Yale School of Medicine, specialized studies in asylum evaluations at Georgetown University School of Medicine, and further studies in social work at NYU Silver School of Social Work and New York University. She also pursued studies at Barnard College and specialized in clinical/medical social work at Yale University.

Throughout her career, Carla has been associated with various organizations and roles, including being a licensed clinical/medical and forensic social worker, a director, and a panelist at the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She has also served as a clinical social worker in the emergency department at Yale New Haven Hospital, a licensed clinical social worker at the Child Study Center-Yale School of Medicine, an adjunct assistant professor at The College of New Rochelle, and the founder/co-founder of Face to Face and DHL IT Services.
