Carlo Straver recently debuted the Picada Original sauce line under the brand Carlo's Fine Food with a successful presentation at JUMBO Euroborg in Groningen, receiving enthusiastic feedback from consumers.

The versatile Picada Original sauce can be used for cooking, baking, marinating, dipping, and more, with additional variations including Aïoli Picada, Tartufo Picada, Remolada Picada, Salsa Picada, and the Vinigretta Picada dressing.

Carlo's professional journey includes various roles such as being the Owner of Carlo Straver Culinair, a Culinair Advisor and Coach, a former Site Operations Manager at Tu Delft, a Director at Party organisation de Harlekijn, a Sous Chef at wtc restaurant, among other impressive positions within the culinary industry.

He acquired education in SVH Leermeester - Consumptieve technieken, achieved a Diploma in Restaurant, Hotel, and related fields with high marks in both theory and practice, as well as obtaining Cafe houders diploma SVH.
