Carlos Andrés is a seasoned professional currently serving as the COO & Partner in Product Hackers, a growth consulting firm where he oversees finance, strategy, and company positioning.
Previously, he held the position of VP of International Operations & MD Southern Europe at Keatz, where he played a pivotal role in the international expansion of the company across Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Keatz is a pioneering 'delivery-only' restaurant chain featuring various food brands tailored for delivery services.
Prior to his role at Keatz, Carlos served as the COO of minube, a prominent social travel platform with a significant user base. In this capacity, he managed a wide array of responsibilities ranging from corporate matters, strategy, and operations to investor relations, fundraising, and international business development.
Before his tenure at minube, Carlos worked as a Manager at the Investment Division within Axon Partners Group. In this role, he oversaw investment management, deal-flow coordination, and company screening for Axon Venture Capital & Private Equity Funds, focusing on the technology/internet sector in Spain and India.
Carlos has actively participated in investment processes, led exits, and provided advisory services to startups in various areas like strategy, operations, marketing, and fundraising. Additionally, he has served as a mentor at accelerators like Wayra, showcasing his commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial talent.
His educational background includes a Programa de Growth certification from Product Hackers Go!, and studies in Business Management, Administration, and Law with a Finance Itinerary from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE. He also completed exchange programs in Business/Finance at Singapore Management University and in Law - Political Sciences at the University of San Diego.
