Carlos Berdecia is a highly experienced professional with a strong educational background. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from City University of Seattle. Additionally, he has completed Executive Education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and studied Management and Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He also underwent training at the Joint and Combined Warfighting School in Virginia.

Throughout his career, Carlos has held various key positions in prestigious organizations. He currently serves as a Strategist at The Joint Staff. Previously, he was the Secretary of Defense Executive Fellow at Team Rubicon, Commander of the 58th Airlift Squadron at Air Education and Training Command, and Chief of Safety at the 97th Air Mobility Wing within the same command. He also served as J3 Executive Officer and Operations Officer at the UNITED STATES AFRICA COMMAND. Before that, he held roles as Wing Executive Officer, C-17A Weapons Officer, and Special Operations at the United States Air Force. Carlos also has experience as a Student at the USAF Weapons School, C-17A Formal Training Unit Evaluator Pilot, C-17A Instructor Pilot, and Casual Officer during his tenure in the United States Air Force.
