Before that, he held roles as Wing Executive Officer, C-17A Weapons Officer, and Special Operations at the United States Air Force. Carlos also has experience as a Student at the USAF Weapons School, C-17A Formal Training Unit Evaluator Pilot, C-17A Instructor Pilot, and Casual Officer during his tenure in the United States Air Force.
