The Senior Contract Analyst will be responsible for providing increasingly complex, substantive business, technical, and legal review, including analysis and interpretation of ITG contracts including, but not limited to, order forms, statements of work, amendments, evaluation agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDA), business associate agreements (BAA), and master agreements in support of operations and strategic initiatives of the HCA enterprise. This role will report to the Manager of ITG Contracts.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7+ years relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
