Her previous roles at SBH include Director of Patient Engagement and Community Outreach, as well as the Director of Teen Services, which demonstrated her commitment to addressing the needs of young people in the community. Additionally, her early career as an OST Program Manager/Coordinator at SoBRO equipped her with valuable experience in supporting youth programs, emphasizing the importance of education and personal development.

Caroline’s educational background has laid a strong foundation for her professional endeavors. She holds a Master of Science in Non-Profit Leadership from Fordham University, where she gained insights into effective leadership strategies particularly pertinent to the non-profit sector.
