Highlights
Excited to begin a new position this week as a Graduate Intern at IOM - UN Migration Regional Office for East and Horn of Africa, based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Deepest thanks to Tsion Tadesse Abebe and the IOM's Policy and Research Team colleagues for hosting me, and to the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs for their support!
After three years, today was my last day on Senator Jeff Merkley’s (D-OR) foreign policy team, and I’m thrilled to be following in his footsteps at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs as the next step on my path toward an international development career. It’s been an immense honor and privilege to have worked for a Senator who is such a principled, ethical, and compassionate leader, with a team that is fighting every day for a better country and world. I’m so grateful to have been enriched by the expertise and support of mentors and friends as dedicated as Daphne McCurdy and Matt Squeri — thank you for everything.
