Carolyn Zelikow, an accomplished professional with a diverse background, holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and has studied at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Middlebury College in Impact Finance.

Her expertise lies in grassroots place-making, nonprofit management, and green finance, where she has successfully developed scalable models for sustainable economic growth in Croatia.

Carolyn's current focus centers around innovating the traditional family summer vacation experience to be more relaxing, meaningful, and social for working parents through her program, The Field School of Hvar.

She has held various key positions in different organizations, including Founder & Director at The Field School of Hvar, Co-Owner at Faros Boats, Senior Management Associate Intern at Bridgewater Associates, Associate Director at The Aspen Institute, Assistant Director at Tom Tom Founders Festival, and Account Manager at Vibethink.
