Carra Pope is a third-year law student with a strong background in politics, policy, cybersecurity, and national security.

She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the College of Charleston and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree (JD) at Brooklyn Law School.

Carra has held various roles in esteemed organizations, including a Summer Legal Intern at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, Intern at the National Center for Law and Economic Justice, Research Assistant at Brooklyn Law School, and Policy Intern at Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney's office.

Her leadership experience includes serving as Co-Chair at the Brooklyn Law School International Law Society, President of Brooklyn Law School Democrats, Field Manager at Working Families Party, Deputy Field Organizer for Bernie Sanders 2016 campaign, Campaign Manager for Tasha Gandy for North Charleston City Council, and Field Director at Tinkler for Mayor campaign.

Carra has also contributed significantly to various political initiatives, such as holding positions like Ashley-Cooper Region Chair at Young Democrats of South Carolina, Fellow at Hillary for America, Intern at ACLU, Field Organizer for Vida Miller for SC House, and Student Leader at College of Charleston Students for Hillary Clinton.

Her engagement in political activities further extends to serving as Summer Fellow at Ready for Hillary, President of College of Charleston College Democrats, Executive Board Member of the Political Science Club, and Intern at the South Carolina Democratic Party.
