Highlights
As many of us celebrated fathers and father figures yesterday, it's apt to dedicate this #MumbitionMonday post to all of the men that support their wives and partners to achieve their professional and work ambitions and aspirations, that support and enable her to participate in the workforce in whatever capacity she wishes to.
Michael Kwan has stood beside me through the catalyst, launch and roller coaster growth stages of not one, but two startups. He's supported me with my professional aspirations and duties to my small business family, given enthusiasm and advice, a shoulder to lean on (and, at times to cry on). As much as possible he's shared caring responsibilities for our two young boys as well as tackled the domestic duties, and is the guy that always has my back.
He recently shared what he gained from taking parental leave, the early days of a start up, and the advice he would give other couples looking to embark on the small business ownership journey. Tune in from 7min 14 sec https://lnkd.in/gFtdWX2z
