Carrie Paff is a Leadership & Communication Consultant, Professional Actor, and Master Teaching Artist with a diverse background in acting, education, and leadership consulting.

She has worked with various high-profile clients such as Autodesk, Genentech, Cisco, and American Express, assisting individuals in discovering their authentic voices and pushing past their comfort zones to embrace new possibilities.

A proud co-founder of StageWrite, a non-profit organization focused on promoting literacy through theater among inner-city elementary school children, Carrie has also taught theater and empowerment in locations ranging from San Francisco to New York City, Greece, and Seoul, Korea.

Carrie's professional acting career includes a mix of regional theater performances and notable appearances, such as starring Off-Broadway in IDEATION and ABOUT ALICE. She has also worked with industry giants like Pixar Animation Studios and appeared in productions like The Good Dinosaur, Finding Dory, and Lamp Life.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts and Women's Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, as well as a Master of Arts in Educational Theatre from New York University.

Carrie has also been involved in various organizations, including serving as a Director at Stand & Deliver Group, being a former Actor at renowned establishments like Pixar Animation Studios, Theatre for a New Audience, and American Conservatory Theater, and engaging in teaching and directing roles at the Magic Theatre and other theater companies.
