Throughout her career, Catherine has held key roles such as Chief of Staff at Resilient Systems Office within the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), Director and Chief of Staff at CareJourney, Senior Policy Advisor at CareJourney, and Business Development at Capsule.

Prior to these positions, she has had stints at reputable organizations like Strategy& (formerly PwC), where she worked as a Senior Associate, and at DevelopLink, where she served as the Founder and CEO.

Her professional journey also includes roles such as an Intern at the City of South Bend under Mayor Peter Buttigieg, an Experienced Associate in Health Industries Strategy at PwC, a Market Research Manager at Legends of Notre Dame, and a Marketing Assistant at Legends of Notre Dame.

Catherine's diverse experience extends to her early career, where she was a Speech Coach at George Mason Institute of Forensics and an Intern at the National Down Syndrome Society.
