Helping Innovators Succeed | Fractional Product | Behavioural Science | GTM | PMF
I am a co-founder of AbilityMatrix, a company that supports startups and Fortune 50 companies with their innovation initiatives as a fractional product manager and design strategist. With over 10 years of experience in launching and scaling innovative products and services, I help North American innovators with validation-related services, including workshops, prototyping, and validation experiments.
My passion is in connecting the dots, using frameworks and structured visuals to bring all participants and stakeholders on the same page.
I have a strong background in behavioural science, having successfully helped over 50 teams in enterprise and startup environments alike. I use my skills and knowledge in product marketing, UX research, go-to-market strategy, product-market fit, service design, business design, design thinking, and lean startup to help our clients craft and execute high-velocity go-to-market strategies.
I am also passionate about empowering immigrant entrepreneurs in Canada, as a founding member of PORCH, an exclusive community for immigrant entrepreneurs and their teams.

Last week, I shared the moment I first felt at home in the entrepreneurial community in Canada.
Not long after my FuckupNights speech, I joined Porch and it was a turning point in my entrepreneurial journey, finding a home and a supportive community.
I received so much help and support from Porch members and founders Neil W. and Hunter Weitzman.
Thank you, PORCH 💚 members and ambassadors.
Can't wait to celebrate our diversity with the next Porch Potluck. Link to the event in the comment section. The picture is from the last Porch Potluck.
