It's wild that it's late October 2023, am I right?! This year has been so growth-producing for me at WNXP, but also in the community with side opportunities to facilitate conversations with creators. Icons, really.
In March, the incredible director Sam Jones invited me to join him and Jason Isbell for a special Nashville screening of their HBO doc "Running With Our Eyes Closed" at Belcourt Theatre. (If you haven't watched this, you MUST.) Last month, during Americana Music Association's weeklong fest and conference, I moderated a chat with Emmylou Harris and Rufus Wainwright called "Friends of Folk."
