When your team is playing down a person you must step in and take the worst, hottest, hardest job! Leading... It's not just about achieving the goal. It's about building and motivating the team. Not taking ANY credit (the team gets that) while accepting ALL the responsibilities in good times and bad. I got to pour several heats today of Brass which is over 2,000 degrees to help my team out while they were short handed. This is NOT a bragging post... it's a think about how you can make your team better, earn more respect and lead by example! #getafterit @ptcastings @precisiontechnologyinc
