I'm personally excited about our first virtual summit, Masters of Revenue 2024, Ops edition. Here is why:
It has become way too easy to create Rube Goldberg-esque monstrosities out of your GTM stack, data, and processes, with the average number of tools that companies rely on to go to market these days.
We officially went to market with the current version of RevenueHero in November 2022. One and a half years and hundreds of customers later, our GTM stack (just for acquisition) is made up of -
๐ RevenueHero ๐ Webflow ๐ HubSpot ๐ Descript ๐ SEMRush ๐ Factors ๐ Riverside ๐ G2 ๐ Keyplay ๐ Apollo ๐ Smartlead ๐ Clay ๐ Linkedin Sales Nav ๐ Fireflies ๐ Ocean ๐ Aligned ๐ Phoneburner
The amount of automation, data and efficiency each one of these tools brings to the table allows us to Go to Market with our product at an exciting pace and we keep discovering combinations amongst these tools to make our process more efficient.
And until recently, nearly every single day, I used to wake up with new ideas of how to put all these tools and data together, get excited about what all it could potentially unlock, to then either realise that it doesn't align with the way we go to market today and does more harm that good, or because Vikash starts questioning my sanity when I take the idea to him.
And there were of course also those times, where we've just gone ahead and let those fever dreams of new process or automation turn to reality and the outcomes have either been overwhelmingly positive, or immediately and obviously pointless or even detrimental to the overall goal.
Ask me about the time we tried automating a data flow from - Factors -> HubSpot -> Apollo -> Clay -> Smart lead to try and email warm website visitors with at least 5 linkedin ad exposures at scale.
While we're able to quickly make changes and course correct, what became obvious is, as teams grow, the choice of tooling, changes to process, and aligning it to your GTM motion has the potential to create massive impact on your GTM outcomes, or slow it down in multiple places without realising it.
Which is why I'm looking forward to learn from a line up of Ops wizards, who have experienced different stages of GTM growth, and truly understand the need for, and the impact that a strategic ops function brings to your growth and more importantly, the what not to do while building the function, and probably about how to deal with impatient founders ๐
If you're in ops, this one is for you. Grab your seat today, to hear from the best in the business.
A guide on how to deal with competition.
Mudslinging, name-calling and misinformation. At least thatโs what youโd think looking at our biggest competitor.
We come across these competitive assets on calls with our customers and prospects and more often than not, we have a good chuckle about it.
Every time I see this however, I'm overwhelmed by another strong feeling.
Gratitude.
Gratitude towards customers and prospects who always push us to get better, and helped us evolve our product to where it is today.
Gratitude towards our marketing and sales team who solely rely on the merits of our product, and level of customer service to win deals, and not have to resort to review counting and name calling. Watch out for the #HumansandHeroes part 2 where you get a glimpse into this team.
And finally, gratitude for the space that we're building in. The marketing and sales tech space where more than one player can solve similar problems! Who'd have known!
Our support lives on Slack, where our engineering and product team has a direct line to our customers and their feedback. This has provided us with direct, unfiltered feedback from marketing and sales leaders and has shaped our product to a point where the 2 year old product needs to be paid attention.
100s of organisations have chosen RevenueHero in 2023 and continue to, for the slick, thoughtfully designed features, second to none customer support in SAAS, and a product that keeps pace with modern GTM orgs and their growing requirements.
This is why you'll find rave reviews about our product, people and customer service in the "70+ G2 reviews" we've received over the last 2 years. But you'll also notice a consistent theme in these reviews.
While our product might not solve everything, and neither do we claim to, we're always eager to hear from our customers, acknowledge gaps, learn and ship at a pace that most would deem unrealistic.
This is the reason that marketers and sales leaders have realised that the world has changed quite a bit since 2016, and that legacy alone doesn't solve their use cases.
Which is why we invite GTM leaders to a demo of RevenueHero, and you'll notice why it's worth paying for, keywords and all ๐ and how you're able to solve use cases you might not be able to today. Link in comment.

Also, genuinely curious. Does ad copy like this really make buyers click? ๐ค
