Omar Shakir I think based on my experience that there are cases that need anesthesiologist help and that they getin the ASC but by making it unprofitable to do the difficult cases either challenging anatomy or challenging patients that have health issues the ACS will not be stainable with the unprofitable.
The ASC will not survive. It will hospital or office and doctors will burn out in the hospital setting so patients will not get care that they can get now.
If you force doctors into the hospital to do the cases that could be done at ASC but can’t be done in the office then you will have no providers willing to do those cases
You know this but that doesn’t matter to your cherry picked patients.
