Thanks to Billy Shore and Sara Jamshidi for having me on the newest episode of ‘Add Passion and Stir’. You may know that Tropical Smoothie Cafe is on a mission to #InspireBetter - but what does that really mean? For us, part of Inspiring Better means breathing sunshine and service into communities that need it, and one of the ways we do this is through our partnership with Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign working to end childhood hunger. Every year, our franchisees focus on Inspiring Better as they raise money for this campaign at their Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations across the country.
Billy, Sarah, and I had an important conversation around how the restaurant industry can significantly impact the fight against childhood hunger. I would love to see a pledge from my fellow restaurant CEOs to do everything they can to contribute to this cause. If you’d like to hear more on the idea of a CEO pledge to end childhood hunger, and how the restaurant industry can help contribute to this cause, please check out our episode here: https://bit.ly/4a3spMF And if you’d like to donate to end childhood hunger, you can do so HERE https://lnkd.in/ekpuzHHs #tropicalsmoothiecafe #nokidhungry
