Highlights
I received one of the Chinese translations for Team Habits today. It's so cool to see the different designs.
What's cool about the Chinese cover is that the visual concept they used is close to one of the three I was playing with while ideating cover designs without knowing it was one of my three concepts. I ultimately decided to go with the concept that ended up on the US version.
So, not only do I get to see a new cover design, but I get to see how one of the designs I decided not to go with might look. It's going to be fun to see the other 3-4 that I'm waiting on side by side with the ones I have.
I was just working on a piece comparing organizational change to cracking pecans.
Of course, I'll have to demonstrate cracking pecans for the analogy to make sense, but analogies should take one concept people know and bridge it to one they don't know.
I should abandon the whole analogy, but y'all know I will keep cracking at it anyway.
