Highlights
For years, a ton of people only used LinkedIn to accept connections from randos they met at conferences--building up thousands of connections, only to rarely speak to them ever again.
Then, one day, LinkedIn decided to be a content hub and everyone was told these connections were now "followers". Even if you weren't into social media, you suddenly had a huge number of people waiting to hear what you had to say--untapped, but unexpected potential.
For anyone who doesn't know what to do with all of these folks, and who especially doesn't want to add yet another, "What growing up with an extra finger taught me about B2B marketing" post, I put together a cohort based class of 8-10 people called Visible Work. The idea that Kamala Harris didn't offer "specifics" is laughable when Trump says things like:
"I have concepts of a plan" concerning health insurance.
"I could end the war in 24 hours," referring to Russia and Ukraine, without identifying what the offer (or threat) to Russia would be, concessions or protections for Ukraine, etc.
"Because I have to say with child care – I want to stay with child care – but those numbers are small relative to the kind of economic numbers that I’m talking about, including growth, but growth also headed up by what the plan is that I just – that I just told you about."
He proposes deporting 15-20 million immigrants with no details on the logistics, breaking up families, what you do with people's property, etc.
The guy answers questions like he's giving a book report on a book he didn't read, but Kamala Harris is the one getting dinged for being unable to include every last detail of her entire economic plan in a two-minute debate answer.
