Following this, she moved onto roles as a trainee account executive at McCann Worldgroup and later as an account manager at both BT and Max Factor, where she developed her client management and marketing strategies further. Her experiences here contributed to her foundational knowledge in crafting effective brand narratives and strategies that resonate with consumers.
Through her dedication and innovative thinking, Charlotte progressed to hold multiple brand management positions at Unilever, one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies. She started as a Junior Brand Manager for The King of Shaves Company Ltd. and quickly rose through the ranks at Unilever. As a Brand Manager for renowned brands such as Sheamoisture, Schmidt’s, Love Beauty and Planet, Dove, and Vaseline Skincare, she was instrumental in developing successful marketing campaigns and promoting sustainability within product lines. Her role as the Personal Care Brand & Strategy Manager at Unilever UKI further solidified her expertise in developing targeted marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty.
Currently, Charlotte serves as the Brand Lead UKI for Tresemme at Unilever, where she continues to influence the beauty landscape with her innovative approach to brand strategy.
