Charlotte Laurent-Ottomane is a seasoned executive renowned for her efforts in promoting boardroom diversity and championing best-practice corporate governance.

She is the co-founder of the Thirty Percent Coalition, established in 2011, with a mission to advocate for gender diversity within corporate boards. Under her leadership, the Coalition has gained global recognition and amassed a membership representing over $6 trillion in assets under management.

Charlotte's professional journey includes a significant role at Alcatel (later Alcatel Lucent) in France, where she spearheaded Investor Relations and Capital Market strategies. Since 2007, she has been advising both public and private entities on various aspects like capital raising, investor relations, diversity initiatives, and disclosure practices.

Utilizing her wealth of experience and strategic acumen, Charlotte has conducted comprehensive board assessments in sectors such as financial services, technology, and industrials, aimed at devising actionable strategies to drive diversity and performance improvements.

With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Georgia State University and an MBA in Finance from École des Ponts Business School, Charlotte brings a strong educational background to complement her practical expertise.

As the Executive Director of the Thirty Percent Coalition and former roles including Founder and President at Nvestcom, as well as Executive Vice President at Alcatel-Lucent, Charlotte remains dedicated to fostering inclusive corporate environments and advancing governance practices.
