Highlights
I'm thrilled to announce that I graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University a semester early with a B.S. in Biology and a B.S. in Health: Science, Society, & Policy, as well as a minor in Chemistry. I'm also excited to share that this fall, I will be continuing my education at the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Dental Medicine to pursue my Doctor of Dental Medicine. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, including my family, friends, and professors. I am deeply grateful to all the current dentists and dental students I met who took time to graciously offer me their advice and guidance throughout this application process.
This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a Certified Dental Assistant at Concord Dental Associates. I can hardly believe yesterday was my last day as the weeks seemed to fly by! I set several goals for myself as a part of an internship class I am taking this fall, and I can say confidently that I have accomplished every single one. While assisting several dentists, I gained insights into various dental specialties, including prosthodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and pediatrics. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Mark Wang, Dr. Rahul Datar, and Dr. Binna Lee for guiding me through the world of dentistry and passing along their wealth of knowledge to me. This experience has been invaluable, and I am tremendously thankful for everyone I met while working here, especially the other dental assistants, the front desk staff, and the hygienists.
