Chelsea Monahan, RN, BSN, is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in nursing and marketing communications.
Chelsea graduated with honors from the accelerated nursing program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2019, earning her BSN degree. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and has over 1,200 clinical hours of experience.
Prior to her nursing career, Chelsea worked in public relations and marketing, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ithaca College, New York, earned in 2010.
Chelsea recently relocated to Los Angeles and obtained her RN license in California. She also holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
In her nursing career, Chelsea has worked as an Intensive Care Nurse at the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center. She gained valuable experience through student nurse roles at various prestigious institutions, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Kansas City Public Health Department, Truman Medical Centers, and Children's Mercy Kansas City.

Chelsea's diverse work history spans from administrative roles at Smooth Ride Transportation to internships in sales at BlogHer and sports and music at Rogers and Cowan. She has also held positions as a dietary aide, office assistant, computer lab assistant, and assistant in various organizations.
