Chet Gulland is a creative business and brand leader with a focus on achieving brand greatness through innovative strategies.

With experience as the CMO for The Rock, Chet pioneered a new model for brand building in the digital age, emphasizing cultural influence, authentic purpose, audience engagement, agile execution, and creative embedded in popular culture.

During his tenure, he successfully launched top-selling Under Armour products, generated over 100 million organic views through content creation, and spearheaded the launch of blockbuster movies and new brands from the ground up.

As a key figure at Droga5, a renowned advertising agency, Chet oversaw a team driving brand strategy and digital initiatives for major clients including Google, Activision/Blizzard, MailChimp, Under Armour, Puma, Coca-Cola, and Heineken, leveraging brand purpose and innovative media approaches to deliver significant growth.

Prior to this, Chet held innovation leadership positions at Anomaly and Barbarian Group, working closely with notable brands such as GE, Nike & Converse, and Virgin America to develop cutting-edge digital strategies.

His professional journey began in Canada, managing national marketing for outdoor gear brand Sierra Designs, where he handled athlete sponsorships, event activations, retail experiences, product line management, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns.

Driven by a newfound passion for the intersection of social responsibility and business success, Chet co-founded Myself and Others, a brand consultancy based in Brooklyn.

Chet Gulland holds a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto - University College.
